金属吊顶的安装与一般的工程设备安装有着很大的区别。常见的工程设备安装，一般都是由工厂送达整台设备，到现成后就位，然后接通管道和线路就算完工。因此，它的主要工作量是设备就位和接通线路。而金属吊顶的安装，则是把一大批散件即单块金属板，按图纸边悬吊边拼接，直至完工。其特点如下： 一、从零散到整体成型 吊顶板成品面积一般都很小，出厂时之多不超过3平方面积。仅仅从单块的小板出发，人们是无法看到整个工程的形状的，因此也无法体现出吊顶的功能。只有把这些零散的吊顶板拼接在一起，才能实现工程的设计要求。在这个过程中，环节多、工作量大，而且每一步都要精工细作。这是一个名副其实的“二次”制造过程。 二、突出人的因素 无论如何改进设计或优化结构，都无法减少吊顶工程现场施工的工作量，而且也不可能采取机械化来代替手工劳动。这就造成了工程质量必须依赖现场施工人员的素质和劳动态度的局面。因此，组织一支优秀的安装队伍，就成了工程管理的关键。而现在的实际状况是安装队伍都是临时拼凑的，不具备应有素质。对此，唯一的办法就是派出工程师，到现场指导、临督安装工作。 三、不可更改性 金属吊顶的但愿是有工厂制造的，出厂是这些产品都已经定型。到现场即...
